Ross is an expert transformational coach & mentor for leaders, high performers and entrepreneurs, who has an obsession with maximising potential and progression within both individuals and businesses.
His journey began by breaking free from his old restricting habits and belief systems. By self-analysing and correcting his own life experiences (some of which were traumatic) through the power of personal development, Ross’s most powerful breakthrough happened after investing in his own coach and mentor – propelling him to live his definition of success!
Ross went onto to become an established Master NLP practitioner, collaborated with leading coaches, educational providers and thought leaders all of which helped Ross to develop and streamline his own unique coaching skills, methodology and breakthrough models to provide greater and longer term changes for others personally and professionally.
