From growing up in unsettled conditions and frustration, from watching his mother being shot in front of him as a result of an attempt on his fathers life – Ross knew that a change had to happen, that no matter what, that he wasn’t going to become consumed by the environment that he first found himself in. Instead Ross wanted to make an impact, he became committed to creating his life by choice and didn’t leave it to chance.
Experiencing for a number of years the trap of being caught up in a comfort zone, living the same day – day in day out (which eventually lead to depression) and that no matter how hard he tried to think his way out of situations and about what he should do – he felt that next level of achievement was just out of his grasps.
Ross went onto dedicating his life to the arena of personal development, business strategy, moving on towards becoming an effective NLP master practitioner, an associated coach for the UKCPD and going on further to becoming an expert authority within the coaching and mentoring space.
Working with leaders, high performers and entrepreneurs – Ross has lead both individuals to self success by increasing their level of productivity and businesses to significant growth by streamlining efficiency and profitability, demonstrating the importance that each and everyone of us should be reaching for that breakthrough, that next level of achievement.
